In March, 1947, the plaintiff brought a petition for support under the statute, V. S. 47, § 3256. In July of that year, after a hearing, an order was made by the court which provided, inter alia, that certain personal property be delivered forthwith by the defendant to the plaintiff. The order expressly provided that the parties are to be dealt with for contempt upon their failure to comply with any of its provisions.
