This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court affirming a judgment of the county court construing a portion of the will of William A. Webber, deceased, *627and distributing certain property held in. trust under the third subdivision of that will.
It appears from the record, and is undisputed, that the will was executed October 16, 1881; that 'William A.
