MEMORANDUM OPINION
COOPER, District Judge.
This suit involves the determination of the beneficiary of a group life insurance policy and a stock savings and investment plan. This Court has jurisdiction to hear the matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1332. The case was tried before the Court without a jury on May 14, 1999 and June 15, 1999. The Court provides the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 52(a). We will award: (1) the proceeds of the decedent John F.
