This is an appeal from the order of the superior court partially granting appellee/cross-appellant’s motion for summary judgment as to the appellant/cross-appellee’s claims based on averred violations of the Georgia Securities Act of 1973 as amended, and as to claims based on averments of fraud in the inducement of appellant/cross-appellee to accept inadequate consideration for his sale of KMSystems’ (hereafter KMS) stock to appellee/cross-appellants.
