This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Dismiss Defendant’s Counterclaim and Cross-Claim in Interpleader and to Dismiss Employee Fringe Benefits, Inc. and State Exchange Bank as Cross-Defendants, filed herein on December 16,1982.
