| tKellick’s Catch Pen and Western Wear, LLC (herein referred to as “Kellick’s LLC,” the “LLC,” or the “company”) appeals the judgment by the Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Morehouse, State of Louisiana, granting the motion for summary judgment filed by First National Bank in this foreclosure action.
