SHUGHART, P.J.,

—In count I in assumpsit, plaintiffs, Larry M. Kuhn and Marlin W. Kuhn, allege that defendant, Crown American Corporation, breached a written lease resulting in pecuniary loss to them in excess of $29,000. Count II is in trespass alleging fraud. In this count plain*312tiffs have asked for punitive damages in excess of $10,000. The pleadings are closed, and defendant has moved for judgment on the pleadings.
