("Wells Fargo") (ECF Nos. 77, 136); the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Berkshire Hathaway Life Insurance Company of Nebraska ("Berkshire") (ECF No. 133 ); and the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiff Estate of Phyllis M.
