Plaintiff in this adversary proceeding is a secured creditor of Showcase Natural Cas ing Company, Inc., debtor in the related bankruptcy case. Defendants in this adversary proceeding are guarantors of the debt of debtor to plaintiff, and plaintiff here sues on its guaranty. The debtor is not a party in this proceeding.
