We affirmed the judgment of the court helow in this case, and filed an. opinion. A petition by plaintiff in error makes it desirable to modify the opinion in order to set out more fully the state of the record.

This is a scire facias by Alma Johnson to revive a judgment for $2,500, obtained by her on June 2,1899, against Omer C. Wright, in. an action for breach of promise of marriage.
