This is an appeal from a decree in the chancery court of Pulaski county, granting a new hearing, and to review a former decree in the case of Gregory v. Bartlett, reported in 55 Ark. 30, in which Gregory sought to recover lots 4, 5 and 6 in block 44, in the city of Little Rock, claiming to have purchased the same from the State, which claimed the title to them under a forfeiture for taxes in a condemnation proceeding under the overdue tax act of 1881.
