DELAHANTY, Justice.

A Penobscot County jury found the defendant guilty of the murders of his wife’s mother and great-uncle. The Superior Court entered a judgment of conviction and sentenced the defendant to life imprisonment.

This appeal raises three issues for our consideration: ’(1) Whether the defendant’s incriminating statement was admitted into evidence in violation of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 [86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694] (1966).(2) Whether an affidavit supplied probable cause for the issuance of a warrant authorizing the taking of hair samples from the defendant’s body.(3)…
