THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant, The M/V Priscilla’s Motion for Summary Judgment [D.E. 47], filed on January 28, 2007; and Cross-Defendant, The M/V Cure All’s Motion for Summary Final Judgment as to Cross-Plaintiff, M/V Priscilla [D.E. 58], filed on March 2, 2007.
