Thelma Meamber assigns error to the trial court's conclusion that the Skagit County Board of Adjustment acted contrary to law in issuing her a zoning variance. We affirm.
Facts
The material facts in this case appear to be undisputed. Prior to 1982, Meamber purchased 50 feet of waterfront property on Big Lake in Skagit County. This purchase consisted of a 40-foot parcel and an adjoining 10-foot parcel, with separate tax numbers assigned to each.
