OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

Silas Angel appeals a jury conviction for theft of property valued between $200 and $10,000. The jury assessed punishment at five years’ confinement. We find no reversible error in the 11 grounds presented for our review and affirm the trial court’s judgment.

Appellant first challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his conviction; we will therefore review the relevant facts.
