Redskin Mining Co. v. McNeal MacHinery Co.

The parties to this action appear as in the court below. The Redskin Mining Company had purchased certain machinery from the McNeal Machinery Company. There was an unpaid balance on the said machinery, and the McNeal Machinery Company held a chattel mortgage to secure the payment of the same.
