The plaintiffs are three individuals claiming to be insured parties and beneficiaries under a contract of insurance between defendant, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, and South Central Bell Telephone Company. 1 Suit was originally brought in the Chancery Court for Knox County, Tennessee, Division 1, and removed to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441.
