Bricker Systems, Inc., the debtor in this Chapter 11 case, has filed a motion asking the court to approve an amended lease between itself and Minneapolis Teachers’ Retirement Fund Association and to modify the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a).
