United Parcel Service, Inc. and Liberty Insurance Corporation (collectively “employer”) appeal an order of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (“commission”) rejecting employ er’s application for a hearing on the question of whether to suspend benefits previously awarded to John A. Ilg (“employee”), pursuant to the parties’ agreement to pay benefits to compensate him for a work-related injury to his right knee.
