In this case plaintiff has appealed from an order of the trial court sustaining defendants’ demurrer to her petition.

Shortly stated, and so far as is pertinent here, it is alleged in the petition that plaintiff owned 1,477 acres of land in Wilson county, which it .described; .that in April, 1934, she leased this land to defendants for a term of seven months, from April 1 to November 1, 1934, for a cash rental of $500. A copy of the lease was attached to the petition. That the lease contained the clause, “It is mutually agreed that said…
