This lawsuit arises from the claims of Andrew Weisel (“Weisel”), Lorrie Weisel, Cydney Erin, Inc. (“Cydney Erin”), and A. Weisel and Company Caterers, Inc. (“WCC”) (collectively, the “plaintiffs”) that Michael Pischel (“Pischel”), Ameri-Swiss Merchant Bancorp, LTD (“Ameri-Swiss”), Keith Bierman (“Bierman”), Affiliated Commercial Group, Inc.
