• By this appeal the defendants seek to reverse a judgment for $1,800, recovered against them by the plaintiff in the circuit court of Cook county. The issues were submitted to a jury and the finding was for the plaintiff and the damages were assessed at the amount named. The declaration filed by the plaintiff consisted of a number of counts, all charging in effect that the plaintiff was a brewer and malster and a member in good standing of Local 18 of the International Union of the United Brewery Workmen of America; that a…
