MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO VACATE JUDGMENTS

STEARNS, District Judge.

Defendants Ronald Merritt and Larry Wilkins move to set aside their convictions *251and vacate their guilty pleas pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(d) and 28 U.S.C. § 2255.1 For the reasons stated below, the respective motions will be denied.
