DUHÉ, Circuit Judge:

Mario Roque-Villaneuva (“Defendant”) appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress. For the following reasons, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

Border Patrol Agent Nedia Correjo Gonzales (“Agent Gonzales”) stopped a car driven by the Defendant. As a result of the stop, federal authorities learned that the Defendant was a deported alien who had illegally reentered the United States.
