This is an appeal from an order of the circuit judge, presiding over the division of domestic relations of the first circuit court, approving the account of C. F. Peterson, guardian of the persons and estates of the above named minors.

From the record sent np, it appears that prior to the appointment of the present guardian one T. P. Harris had been appointed guardian of the minors but had never qualified as such. The appointment of the present guardian, who is an attorney at law, on October 7, 1920, was upon the petition of said T. P. Harris. The guardian…
