This case involves a suit for personal injuries and loss of consortium as a consequence of injuries which occurred on leased premises occupied by appellants. The plaintiffs-appellants, Kim and Katrina Harrison, appeal the judgment of the trial court which set aside the jury verdict *41against defendants-respondents, Richard and Dinah Jo Roberts.
