This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Order Allowing the Submission of Affidavits [29] and Plaintiffs’ Memorandum Regarding the Iraqi Law Report [36]. 1
I. BACKGROUND
This is a tort action brought by the parents of Lieutenant Colonel Dominic F. Baragona (“Lt. Col. Baragona”), seeking damages arising from the death of their son, who was killed in an automobile accident in Iraq while serving as an officer in the United States Army.
