ORDER AFFIRMING RECOMMENDED DECISION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE

After oral argument on June 29, 2010, I adopt the Recommended Decision of the Magistrate Judge for the reasons he has stated, with these additional comments on one issue.

At step five of the sequential evaluation process, 20 C.F.R. § 404.1520(a)(4)(v), the burden shifts to the Commissioner to show that there is a significant number of jobs in the national economy that the claimant can perform.
