This case is here on a writ of error complaining of the trial court’s refusal to grant an interlocutory injunction. The record shows that the plaintiffs filed two separate petitions to enjoin the defendants from removing certain obstructions from a farm road trav ersing the plaintiffs’ property. On the first petition, filed on September 25, 1951, the court, on September 28, passed an order denying injunctive relief.
