Plaintiffs, Maynard and Geneva Sheltry, have brought this action against defendants, Unum Life Insurance Company of America (“Unum America”) and Unum-Provident Corporation (“UnumProvident”), seeking to hold defendants liable for money stolen from them by Galan I.
