MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LEVY, United States Magistrate Judge:

Defendant and Third-Party Plaintiff Ford Motor Company (“defendant” or “Ford”) moves for leave to amend its answer to add a twelfth affirmative defense and for an order in limine permitting it to introduce evidence at trial of plaintiff Robert MischalsM’s “alien status” and related “illegal conduct.” For the reasons stated below, defendant’s motion is denied in part and granted in part.
