Tbe Commonwealth’s Department of Transportation (DOT) bas filed this Petition for Review from an Order of tbe Board of Claims (Board) directing DOT to pay tbe ,sum of $5,445 plus interest to L. C. Anderson and Sons, Inc. (Anderson).

This matter 'concerns a contract between DOT and Anderson by which Anderson, as contractor, agreed to undertake tbe elimination of a railroad underpass and the construction of a new at-grade crossing.
