Plaintiff in this suit filed a petition for a foreclosure by ordinary process against the defendant James Earl Humble. The suit is based on two promissory notes, one in the amount of $1044.48 payable to the •order of petitioner in equal consecutive monthly payments, the first due on or before September 25, 1963 in the amount of $43.52 with consecutive monthly payments on the 25th day of each month thereafter, and the second note in the amount of $833.-76 dated September 3, 1963 payable to the •order of petitioner in equal monthly consecutive installments, the first due on or…
