This matter involves the allegedly unlawful discharge on March 7, 1986, of plaintiff Anthony Sewall from his position as Director of Employee Relations for the Portland Water District. Plaintiff originally alleged five grounds for relief in his complaint, all but two of which they have agreed to dismiss.
