Steele Hays, Justice.
This case involves homestead rights and the interpretation of Ark. Code Ann. §§ 28-39-201 and 28-1-102(a)(1) (1987). Appellant Steve McCoy, Administrator of the Estate of Georgia (McCoy) Walker, contends the minor grandchildren of a decedent who would inherit from the decedent under the laws of descent and distribution have homestead rights under the Arkansas Probate Code. We find no merit in his argument and affirm the order of the probate court.
