HALBERT, District Judge.

Surely Alice’s journey into the White Rabbit’s hole provided her with no experiences more amazing than those that I have had as the trial judge in this case.

Robison appeared before me on April 28, 1961, as the result of an indictment having been returned against him charging him in three counts with violations of Title 21 U.S.C. § 174, Sale of Heroin (See: Criminal No. 12,991 in the records of this Court when it was the Northern Division of the Northern District of California).
