MEMORANDUM REGARDING TEMPORARY INJUNCTION

URBOM, District Judge.

This action was commenced on October 22, 1971, by five members of the Winnebago Indian Tribe of Nebraska against the Tribal Council of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska and each member of the Council. The legal dispute concerns the October 5, 1971, Tribal Council election which resulted in the election of plaintiffs Solomon, Mallory and Cleveland to the Tribal Council.
