Plaintiffs Sheldon L. Perry, Betty Perry, and Gail Perry bring this action against the City of University Heights and several city employees, including Police Officer Wayne Linke, Police Sergeant John T. Lenehan, Police Chief Donald Stehlik, and Director of Safety Services Marshall Wien.
