Affirming.

Litigation between tbe parties to tbis appeal bas lasted for several years, and tbe case bas been in tbis court on two former occasions. It originated in a contract for tbe conveyance of real estate. Tbe action was commenced by Kelsey Taylor to enforce payment of a portion of tbe consideration due under tbe contract. Irvin Lowe defended on tbe ground that Taylor could not convey a good title. Tbe objection to tbe title was that Kelsey Taylor bad but a life estate in tbe property with remainder to bis bodily beirs. Tbe land had been conveyed to…
