Charles E. Dillon, one of the appellees, bought of Anne Evans and Morris Evans, her husband, also appellees, lots numbered 12, 13, and 14, of Block Ho. 7, in Smith & Jordan’s Addition to Silver Spring, Maryland. On the 19th day of April, 1927, these lots were conveyed to Dillon, and on the same day Dillon and wife executed two deeds of trust on each of said lots, to secure notes payable to one M. J. Keane. These deeds of trust were recorded on the next day, April 20th. Three of them, one on each of said lots, were recorded a few minutes after the others. The notes secured by the first…
