On, April 28, 1904, E. S. Bliss com-, menced this suit in the district court of Cowley county to set aside a conveyance of real estate as having been made to hinder, delay and defraud creditors, and to subject the premises to the payment of a judgment lien held by the plaintiff against the grantor, J. W. Brown. The grantee in the conveyance, Julia Reinhardt, re*469covered judgment for costs, and plaintiff brings the case here by proceedings in error.
