LANE, Justice.

This suit was brought by Prank Daidone, Sr., against the Houston Belt & Terminal Railway Company, hereinafter, for convenience, referred to as the railway company, to recover damages to lot 5 in block 530 on the south side of Buffalo bayou, Houston, Tex., which fronts 100 feet on Dallas avenue, a public street in the city of Houston, and 50 feet on Velasco street, also such public street.

He also seeks to recover damages against the railway company which he alleges he suffered to his business that he was conducting in a house situated on said lot, and other damages not necessary…
