ORDER
DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.
This is a proceeding to vacate the judgment and sentence of this court in case No. CR-65-95 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. In its present posture the petitioner claims that he is entitled to relief on the following grounds:
