Plaintiff Caguas Lumber Yard d/b/a Ferretería Massó (hereafter plaintiff “Caguas Lumber Yard”) is a corporation doing business operations through several entities and store sites in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Defendant Ace Hardware Corporation is a corporation under the laws of Delaware, with principal place of business in Oak Brook, Illinois.
