This appeal concerns a resentencing only.
Louis Williams was convicted of violating La. R.S. 14:67(A), theft of merchandise valued over five hundred dollars.1 *430Williams was found to be a fourth felony-offender and sentenced under La. R.S. 15:529.1 to serve twenty years at hard labor, without the benefit of probation or suspension of sentence. He appealed, and in an unpublished opinion, this Court affirmed his conviction and vacated his adjudication as a multiple offender and his sentence.
