In the instant proceeding respondent is charged with acts which if committed by an adult would constitute attempted rape in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00,130.35 [1], [3]), sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.50 [1], [3]), sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.65 [1], [3]), and attempted sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00,130.65 [1], [3]).
