Plaintiff Temitayo Fawehinmi brings this action against Lincoln Holdings, LLC d/b/a Monumental Sports and Entertainment (“MSE”), Centre Group Limited Partnership (“Centre Group”), and DC Arena LP (“DC Arena”) (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging claims of breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing in a contract, negligent misrepresentation, and intentional misrepresentation.
