This action was brought to foreclose a mortgage on certain lots in the city of Seattle. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff was a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Hew York; that the defendant, the First Presbyterian Church, was a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Washington; that the defendant, Walter Morgan, was doing business as Walter Morgan & Co.; that on May 12, 1893, the First Presbyterian Church of Seattle made and executed, by proper authority of law, its mortgage…
