The plaintiffs, Dey, L.P. and Dey Inc. (collectively “Dey”), have asserted eight causes of action against the defendants, Teva Parenteral Medicines, Inc.-, Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd.
