A. Introduction
On November 6, 2009, Plaintiff, Walsh Chiropractic, Ltd. (“Walsh”), filed this putative class action in the Third Judicial Circuit Court in Madison County, Illinois, alleging various breach of contract theories and a violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (ICFA), 815 ILCS 505/1 et seq., (Doc. 9-1).
